My stay at Rasmus was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the thoughtful design and calming aesthetic of the space—every corner feels carefully curated and effortlessly elegant. The room was impeccably clean, warm, and inviting. I especially appreciated the daily refresh of water and towels, a small but meaningful touch that made the stay feel luxurious. The food was another highlight—delicious, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with care. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, but what truly stole my heart was the tranquil koi pond. I could’ve spent hours simply watching the beautiful koi glide through the water—it’s reason enough for me to return. Rasmus is a perfect blend of comfort, style, and peacefulness. I can’t wait to go back.

The quiet, the maturity of the hotel and the awesome staff. The room was beautiful, comfortable and luxurious . The plunger coffee in room was delicious. Everything we needed for an over night stay was fantastic . Our check in host was friendly and welcoming . He explained all we needed to know and wished us a pleasant evening out to Sunbet Arena . Ps . Don’t even bother going to Sunbet area for dinner before a show . Rather stay and have dinner at Rasmus. Or check out was seamless and he looked forward to welcoming us back for another stay in the near future which was really special.

Beautiful setting, stunning room, well-equipped with attention to detail. The restaurant was fabulous, ate dinner twice there and both times were superb. Breakfast options very limited, but still very tasty. I loved the staff, attentive and professional in a relaxed sort of way, handling everything from check-in to luggage to restaurant service comfortably in their stride. Special compliments to Joe, the chef, for his warm mannerism and huge smile!

The rooms were very spacious and well decorated. Check in was very speedy which was appreciated as we only arrived at 22h00. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and we enjoyed the breakfast. Would definitely book again.

Professional staff and the farm like surroundings.The koi pond is a winner.The history off the spook huis was continued in this new building also the location close to R21 and also clise to very nice shops.The biggest plus is no foreign gods on the premises in the form of statues.

The place is peaceful and tranquil. Great big garden with benches to relax. A huge Koi fish pond with different species. They have an in-house chef, and they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is electricity ALL the time even during load shedding, which is a big selling point nowadays. I stayed for two nights. First, the towels were green in colour, although very clean and fresh, that might have been the only thing that put me off. On the second day, the towels were changed to white ones, which appear cleaner, which is just a personal preference, honestly, nothing to write home about.

I think only breakfast is inclusive, and the place has a liquor license for those who like to indulge in the waters of immortality. I stand to be corrected. The staff were superb. Friendly, even came to unblock the shower 5 minutes after I called. Let me check out later for a small fee, which I appreciated massively. Food was great quality. Room massive, and we'll equipped. Thank you for the fridge to keep my Black Lables and wine cold.
